  1. Orders & Eligibility: Users must provide accurate billing and delivery information. CILÉVIÒN reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity or incorrect information is detected.
  2. Delivery Responsibility: All items are in stock and will be processed within our standard timeframe. CILÉVIÒN is not liable for shipping delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
  3. Returns & Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items. Products must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  4. Amendments: CILÉVIÒN reserves the right to modify product prices, descriptions, terms, and conditions at any time without prior notice.
