Refund policy
กรุณาตรวจสอบนโยบายและเงื่อนไขของเราดังต่อไปนี้:
- การยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ: แบรนด์ยอมรับการขอยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อภายใน 12 ชั่วโมงหลังจากการได้รับการยืนยันการชำระเงิน และต้องเป็นคำสั่งซื้อที่ยังไม่ถูกจัดส่งออกไปเท่านั้น
- การคืนและการเปลี่ยนสินค้า: บริการเปลี่ยนสินค้าเฉพาะกรณีชำรุดจากการผลิต หรือจัดส่งผิดแบบ ผิดสี หรือผิดไซส์ ภายใน 7 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า โดยสินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ ไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน ไม่ผ่านการซัก ป้ายสินค้าและบรรจุภัณฑ์ดั้งเดิมต้องอยู่ครบถ้วน
- เงื่อนไขเฉพาะชุดว่ายน้ำ: เพื่อสุขอนามัย แบรนด์จะไม่รับคืนหรือเปลี่ยนชุดว่ายน้ำที่ถูกลอกแถบสติกเกอร์อนามัยออก หรือมีการดัดแปลงในทุกกรณี
- ขั้นตอนการคืนเงิน: เมื่อแบรนด์ได้รับและอนุมัติการคืนสินค้าเรียบร้อยแล้ว ยอดเงินจะถูกโอนคืนกลับไปยังช่องทางชำระเงินเดิมของท่านตามขั้นตอนและกระบวนการทางการเงินมาตรฐาน
Please review our policy and conditions below:
- Order Cancellation: Cancellation requests are accepted within 12 hours of payment confirmation, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
- Returns & Exchanges: Exchanges are eligible within 7 days of delivery only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items (wrong style, color, or size). Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Swimwear Conditions: Due to hygiene standards, swimwear returns will not be accepted if the hygiene liner has been removed or altered under any circumstances.
- Refund Processing: Upon receipt and approval of the returned item, the refund will be processed and credited back to the original payment method in accordance with standard financial procedures.
